Northport Pipe & Drum grew here, rehearses here, and keeps getting invited back into the moments that matter here. The band has changed over the years, but that relationship with the village and the wider Long Island community has stayed at the center of it.
Why community matters to our pipe band?
Our band is built for public moments. They lead a procession, mark a memorial, open a celebration and create a shared experience that can be heard long before the band comes into view.
For Northport Pipe & Drum, those moments are especially meaningful at home. The band proudly participates in Northport traditions such as Memorial Day and Cow Harbor Day while also performing at civic and charitable events across Long Island.
